And now comes the next step in the whole gay marriage topic; who can sue who where? It's sad when a couple has to fight to prove that they're as good as anyone else when it comes to getting the benefits their spouses leave them, or that the death of their spouse entitles them to. Should Indiana have to recognize a civil union in Illinois, especially when to do so means they have to spend more money? What do you think? (I think they should open their wallets.)
